The Armory Reserve was born from a passion for preserving history while helping people create unforgettable events. After purchasing the historic St. Marys Armory in July 2024, husband-and-wife team Kateland Keene and Richard Gutierrez began an extensive restoration, carefully bringing new life to one of the community's most iconic buildings while preserving its historic character.

As the venue evolved, so did the vision.
